Wells Reserve, Maine
Facilities
Laudholm Farm buildings, on the National Register of Historic Places, are used for offices, exhibits, research laboratories, classrooms and an auditorium. A visitor center and gift shop are located in the farmhouse. Research and teaching laboratories expanded in 2001 with the opening of the Maine Coastal Ecology Center. Wells Reserve also has seven miles of trails that allow visitors to explore its varied habitats with minimal environmental impact.
